The agenda/board staff report from the Brentwood Union SD dated 2014-Mar-12 and posted here Web Link indicates she resigned from Brentwood Union over two months ago.
This was less than two months after the 2014-Jan-22 board meeting where the newly hired Superintendent (the prior Superintendent was fired) settled the $8 million child abuse/child endangerment lawsuit and read this in the minutes:
"Since this case was filed, the Brentwood Union School District has made important changes to ensure that students are educated in a safe environment. Every employee in the district has been re-trained on the
responsibilities of being a mandated reporter, and the district is working in partnership with the Child Abuse Prevention Council and the Brentwood Police Department to ensure that every employee knows and fulfills the duties we share to protect our students.
The actions that triggered this lawsuit began an extremely difficult chapter in Brentwood Union's history. We have learned painful, necessary lessons about the culture we must have in place if we are to be worthy
of the trust parents place in us. We are committed to work continually to build and maintain a culture in which no employee hesitates to perform his or her duty on behalf of our students."
So does the fact she resigned in early March mean she was actually told by Admadi/Cazares she would have JV's job back in February or March? Or earlier?
