Governor Brown signs drought legislation

As California grapples with the driest period in its history, Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. Friday signed legislation to assist drought-affected communities and provide funding to better use local water supplies.

When is the State going to have a "call-for-projects" (CFP) and does the State anticipate using many CRP programs to award the $687M in allocations?
