Congratulations to Chuck Moore, thank you for your volunteer service to our community.
I understand Alameda county has an agricultural past, but that is not our future. Yes agriculture is going to be a part, but an increasingly small part of Alamedas economy. We are an urban and high tech area, more so than most areas in the world (a LOT). That is our future. I would love to see that promoted and presented to attendees at the fair. Get the kids to understand science is cool and employers to understand we have a great workforce.
Once again thank you Chuck.
