BART and the unions agreed to remove the controversial Section 4.8 of the contract that would have granted union employees six weeks paid leave to deal with family emergencies.
The ink is hardly dry and already Antonette Bryant from ATU local 1555 is at it again: "We have been outraged that BART management would hold the Bay Area riders hostage like this," she said.
Sorry, who was it that held the Bay Area hostage by striking twice in 2013?
You'd think she's running for office. Well, she is. The office is the presidency of her union.

The BART board gave still more away during this last negotiation. BART riders get hosed again. The BART workers should be fired. Very easy to hire replacement workers, at half the current workers compensation, as 90% of BART workers are extremely low skilled. Even Cholo could be a BART worker.
