So you were concerned for her safety for seven years and the best solution you could arrive at was to post a complaint here? Way to be proactive! Maybe you should get the Boy Scouts to help her with her daily trek. She probably enjoys getting outdoors with her dog and she has great courage to even attempt to navigate our deadly roads at all.
Cholo on the other hand, is an obtuse changeling, and someone should report HIM multiple times if they haven't already. Why anyone would want to punish this lady is beyond absurdity.

Bryce- I take offense at your remarks and I don't mind telling you. On the news this morning was the situation in San Jose where a disabled person in a motorized wheelchair was struck and killed crossing the road. Your idea of a Boy Scout helping her is ridiculous since they are on their way to school & she does not have any set time to cross. I cannot answer for the Pleasanton Police Dept. and why they have not seen this for themselves. Believe me I am concerned for this ladies safety as I work in that field every school day, crossing children to school. All she has to do is go down to the corner of Santa Rita Rd. & Valley Ave. and cross when the lights direct her to. All I would like to do, is prevent an accident from happening & someone losing their life.

Meanwhile, two able-bodied residents who could help have decided to compare their boy parts instead, and the lady is STiLL without assistance. Sheesh.
Would someone, anyone who lives anywhere near there please fill yourself up with the Holiday Spirit, go to a bike or auto parts store and buy her some reflective strips or buttons for a few bucks? Frankly that's all that has saved several bike riders from a kiss by my bumper, and it's Very East Prevention.
