Wish shops who don't ring up sales properly on cash registers but just merely keep the drawer partially open and make change. Cheating city, state and federal taxes. Need undercover investigation of that.

Can a 16 year-old enter into a contract with the police in order to engage (voluntarily) in undercover police work? What's next, 14 year-olds posing as street walkers? 12 year-olds requesting a massage? 10 year-olds directing traffic? Who takes on accountability in the case that an underage volunteer gets hurt on the (unpaid) job? Seems to me someone's got their priorities a bit mixed up.

Good job PPD! Some restaurants and/or servers are so desperate they will risk losing their license/job to make a buck! How can you say anything bad about this? We don't need any more underage drinkers and drivers in this town. We already have enough legal aged drinkers/drivers in this town who should know better (but don't)!! As a result, I will not frequent the above named restaurants again.
