Hmmm, so what will PUSD use this money for, CSR?

A parcel tax would be a good supplement to this. A parcel tax is one of the factors helping keep class sizes small in Dublin.

Another parcel tax... why not.
We can also introduce loans for kindergarten education, to become burdened with a student loan is too late, citizens should bare more financial obligations for our politicians to be able to afford even more luxury for themselves while destroying the country, the economy and the people.
