It always amazes me that people can be bought for so little.

Latvian Connection LLC is a Veteran Owned Small Business and this is our competition and this is how our Federal Government behaves on several different levels INCLUDING contracting officers. U.S. Small Businesses are to have its share of all U.S. Government contracts and that includes ALL Federal Contracts overseas. I wrote over 100 GAO level Protests and they have the same recurring theme. Our U.S. Contracting Officers are steering contracts to foreign companies and generally this is the exact reason U.S. Small Businesses are not getting awarded the contracts. The GAO ruled with the corrupt Department of Defense that both the Small Business Act and the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010 do not apply overseas, yet there is an increased Simplified Acquisition Threshold in Contingency areas of $ 1 Mil. B-408633 is the GAOs ruling and the corruption of our FEDERAL Government extends into the ranks of Congressman, Congresswomen, and Senators and it is the GAO who take the Acts as passed for U.S. Small Businesses and degrades them into meaningless words. Our Federal Government contracting officers are awarding contracts to criminals like Lida Amin and to Large Corporations through Federal Supply Contracts, GSA that the Corporations have in order to steal from U.S. Small Businesses. The US Government Agencies have failed collectively for the last 12 years to meet their Small Business Goals and corporations that win contracts with performance overseas do not honor their small business plans just because of contracting officers like this one at Travis Air Force Base and those located in Afghanistan, Oman, Qatar, UAE, Kuwait, and Bahrain. The corruption is systemic and endemic and the only cure for it is to take away contracting from every Agency and create one agency that handles procurement fairly and follows the Act passed by Congress.
