Anybody in Court to See the Latest Cody Hall Episode?

I was actually wondering the same thing. I read on PP that his next court hearing is next month and that he's still in custody, but sure would love to see what Glenn has to say on what transpired today and if he believes bail will ultimately be granted. Some of his apparent other instagram and tweets are now surfacing and they are deplorable and even racist and definitely explain to me why the charges were upgraded.
I wish this whole process could just move quickly and be done so the family of the victim can mourn the loss of their loved one instead of having to constantly re-live the events from that day and wonder whether or not they need to worry about where Cody is and if they might even run into him or his family. This family (of the victim) deserves some peace, and while I understand why our justice system operates as it does, I just wish it didn't take so long as it breaks my heart to know this family is probably going to spend the next few years in and out of court and constantly receiving Cody Hall updates.

"Sure hope not as Cody never complied with the previous order not to drive."
I've seen this claim stated on these forums, but I have to wonder if it's true. Given the severity of the charges against Cody Hall, if he were caught breaking the judge's no-drive order then in the interest of public safety the judge would probably have no choice than to lock up Cody without bail until the trial. Additionally, the failure to abide by the no-drive order might also be used against him in the trial. So I'm pretty sure that Cody's lawyer probably advised him that violating the no-drive order would be a very, very bad idea, and if Cody has the slightest instinct for self-preservation he would take his lawyer's advice.

I'm wondering if it was in fact his alleged disregard of the "no driving" order that now has him in custody without bail.
