Another Foothill grad attorney Kent Tierney arrested on the same charge as Aaron Hall. This was a raid by Special agents on 11/31/2013. Check out By Heather Homes. For some reason Pleasanton Weekly did not report it.

Thank you unknown. It should be 10/31/2013 Halloween night.
What about the other arrest Mark Lacey? It would be nice to depend
on our local town paper to let us know whats going on. Or will the mug
shots and story of these two be in next weeks paper?

Why can't Glenn get this right? The father of the year, Aaron Hall was arrested for being a felon in possession of assault rifles and ammo.

Why do you keep referring to illegal assault weapons? What are the model numbers, are they illegal for anyone or just for a parolee? Why refer to them as illegal in one sentence and then say felon in possession of a assault rifle in another?

Once again, any gun possessed by Aaron Hall would be considered "illegal" due to his being on parole at the time. If these guns were found at a non felons house they would be legal. You create a false notion about the guns that many people own legally by constantly throwing the "illegal assault rifle card" at every turn. Not all assault weapons are illegal to possess as some would have you believe. Most are in fact legal to own when registered. There are AR or AK derivatives in most gun safes in the U.S. because they became even more popular after the bans and mass shootings!

Looking forward to the harshest of penalties for these two accused stooges.

If this is an inappropriate place to ask a question about the format of the site, I apologize.

I find it difficult to understand why I have to click twice to read stories posted on the top page, once on the headline and once again on the page I am brought to in order to access the text of the story. It there a technical reason for this need?

Yeah I read the story Einstein, now go read the whole story and who wrote it! It's really a story about a family of alleged rule breakers, with a dour boy that allegedly mowed two people down killing a woman in the process. The father, a felon on parole has restrictions placed upon him, one of which disallows any firearm to be in his possession. Why keep injecting the anti assault weapon agenda onto this story? The editor/reporter Glenn, contradicts himself and confuses the issue of whether or not these guns were illegal for all or illegal for parolees only! It's very vague as to what the true facts are. Who knows what the police report says or whether it is accurate either. A competent reporter should have this facet of the story stated with detail and certainty. It may seem minor but it's wrong to portray assault weapons as being illegal to own when that simply is incorrect.

Now you need to check yourself before you go and bury your head back in the sand. You'd think we'd have better reporting and editing but all we get is predictable one-sided deletions and bias.

May the Halls rot in their self imposed Hell!
