McNerney said that his art competition must be two-dimensional.
His requirements for these two dimensions are that...
1. The artwork MUST BE ANTI-AMERICAN
2. The artwork MUST praise OBAMA's socialistic programs and ideology
All other artwork which may tend to celebrate INDIVIDUALISM and the free-market capitalism which has made this country great will be CENSORED.

Have I been in a coma for the past 7 years? How can a second term congressman be hosting HIS eleventh annual art competition? Did Richard Pombo start this and now Mr. McNerney is trying to take credit for doing something good.
