What makes our town so special....
Around Town, posted by D, a resident of the Laguna Oaks neighborhood, on Dec 6, 2012 at 11:11 am

While taking a walk with my husband, daughter and grand puppy through our old neighborhood of Vintage Hills, we stopped to admire a Christmas Tree and mantle Christmas display in the window. As we were talking about the tree, an elderly gentleman came outside. We had the most wonderful conversation about his 40 years in the neighborhood and how much we enjoyed not only his decorations, but his time.

I love that about P-town and hope it doesn't lose that sense of 'small town' and neighbors who care.

May this Holiday Season you stop and look at the lights, spend a little more time with someone and make them smile.

We need to be more uplifting toward one another. I just wish the deadbeat liberals would stop trying to jam their war on Christmas down our throats.

What a nice story!!

While you were there, any chance you saw a brown and black tabby cat? We've been missing her since Dec. 3 and think she may be in the area. Please let me know!!!! I will keep checking this post! Thanks and happy holidays!

@ Carmen - Thank you and I agree.

@ Pekhna - sorry sure didn't. As a fellow cat lover I wish you the best in finding her.

Merry Christmas...
