Judge agrees to visitation adjustment for Germain

Henry Germain appeared before Judge Hugh Walker Wednesday, this time in plainclothes, not in a Santa Rita Jail-issued jumpsuit. Germain is facing 16 charges of child molestation with six female victims and is currently out on bail.

Keep an eye on your kids! If you don't, nobody else will.

As long as Henry is out and circulating in any community, all kids are at risk. Especially girls.

Has he entered a plea yet? I didn't know you could drag it out this long. What is going on?

He has not entered a plea yet, likely because the investigation is still in full swing. At the last court meeting, both sides agreed to continue the case for unknown reasons.
