Interesting that Supervisor Haggerty is throwing a party in Pleasanton which is not in his district. Raises some interesting questions. Are the taxpayers paying for the party, food refreshments? If its his campaign how can he throw a political event on County property? Seems to me he is using his office for his own political benefit and the taxpayers are once again paying for it. Glad he no longer represents Pleasanton we were on to him so he redistricted us out of his district.

WOW, really that concerned about the event being held in Pleasanton? His offices remain in the Heritage House and I will be there, but I will ask about your concerns and post them.

actually, I much preferred having a tri-valley resident, over an Oakland resident as our Sup. I've never understood how this switcheroo happened. Jennifer had something to do with it, like she wants to move on to Supervisor.

The county fair is located on land owned by the County, but within the Pleasanton City limits. Both Sup.s have an office at the Heritage house. I'd take a Sup. Haggerty party here in town, over a Sup. Miley party where all of Oakland is invited for free treats. Ramp up the metal detectors.
