When these types of missing young adults occur, does the Pleasanton Police department need volunteers to distribute photos/descriptions to areas around the East Bay where the kids may go? Or are there already volunteer groups to help with this?

I hope this young woman is safe and asks for help if she needs it.

I'm to busy now, but what we need is someone to invent a app that when someone goes missing, it alerts everyone and shows a picture of that individual. Instantly everyone would with a smart phone would know what that person looks like. The problem is that is pretty big brother ins't it?
