I googled Tri-Valley Business Council Education Committee and nothing came up. Something called Tri-Valley Business Council Educational Collaborative did come up.

What is the Tri-Valley Business Council Educational Collaborative, what did it at one time supposedly fund, where did all the money go, and is it true it has $0 money?
