Some folks just like to whine. Why not put together a group of savvy folks to figure out what the crook did? It's one to act like a bunch of cry babies and quite another matter to seriously examine how uninformed folks got taken. and...i mean it!!!

that way, with information in hand, you could provide info at the public library to demonstrate how everybody can avoid being scammed.

otherwise...shut up!

I actualy went to work briefly with Bill Hogarty.

He was rude. I am a realtor and Executive Assistant to an Attorney. At the time his office was right around the corner from my home. He was claiming he could offer the product I knew was supposed to be available so I went in to meet with him.

At that time I had a few of my own clients who wanted a "short refinance" Bill, in front of his employees in a meeting put me on the spot. However, I did have homeowners who were asking for this product so I gave it right back to him.

I am glad I didnt end up working with him.

I asked him specific questions that were not asnwered to my satisfaction.

I have been doing loan modificaitons since 2008. I now work for an attorney and I can not understand why any person can take advantage of a home owner who is in a financial hardhip.

I truly believe people will get what they give in life.

Even though Bill Hogarty filed bankruptcy and may not be financially liable he may stil be criminally liable.
