Ca 500-plus 'special' funds;, Jerry wants more

Original post made by Taxpayer on Jul 29, 2012

CA has over 500 'special' funds....sort of 'slush' funds. Last week we learned of over $53 million in hidden state parks. Now we learn there are over 500 'special funds' that are 'OFF' by $2.3 billion !! ...and they've been there all along. Jerry ?? WHO is watching the store? I know, it doesn't matter, it's OPM !! ' ' other people's money....yea, like mine !

Some, like the 'container' fund, pays out for recycling.. But, thot to run dry, forced some recycling centers to close. Ending June 30, according to state controller had almost $185 million, but according to Dept of Finance, $71.4 million...$113 mil difference. Can't anybody count?

Yet, Jerry is pushing on with his TWO giant projects requiring massive taxes. 1.. The infamous tracks for the train from Modesto to Bakersfield.. 2..TWO TUNNELS, taking our water from the North, to flow to Southern CA...guess they'll all vote for that !
Taxpayers should be screaming ! daily, to everybody !

Maybe the rest of the country has it right when they talk about the nuts in CA !

This information came from 3 articles in Valley/CoCoTimes.
7/27,Billions in state money found; 7/27, Hidden funds were reported, ex-official says; 7/29, 'Special funds' seeing growth, more scrutiny. They are seriously staying on top as it is all being uncovered.

I'd much rather give my money to responsible private sector money managers, like Bern.ie Madoff. Ah well, all of this is small potatoes compared to the 22 Trillion the richies have stashed away in offshore bank accounts. Investment tip: Chase Manhattan.

Govt=good
Taxpaying businesses that support govt=bad

govt workers embezzle, misappropriate and mishandle taxpayer funds=send more money to govt to cover the problem, beg for tax increases, create make work projects that are unfunded

private sector funding issues=fire employees that should be held accountable, adhere to regulations, correct the problem.

Gov. moonbeam has finally turned the corner and pissed off the majority of Californians who don't want HSR and tunnels built to sned our water to SoCal. How could he possibly expect support for his pet projects when there are so many other problems with our economy, schools, pensions, etc. that ae being ignored?

Yeah, absolutely. How could a substantial majority of Californian voters support this clown? Why didn't they realize it's important to have a businessman/woman in the state's highest office? Somebody like myself could have done such a better job. Well, at least public opinion polls show Obama is 23 points behind Romney in the state of California. With Alabama, Alaska, and Arizona, California should put our guy on top.

Trivia question: What has been this country's biggest public works project over the past 60 years? Yes, that's right, that expensive boondoggle called the federal interstate highway system brought to us by the communist Dwight D. Eisenhower. And look where THAT go us!

Even you are not deluded enough to equate HSR or water diversion tunnels to the highway system. Next, you'll be claiming that dem parted the Red Sea and since it was good idea back then, we should let dems bankrupt the state now trying to part Northern California from it's water and send it to the majority of dems living in SoCal.

LIBERALS GONE WILD. THIS IS A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF HOW THE LIBERAL NAZIS OPERATE. LIBERALS ARE TERRORIST AMERICA HATERS WHO ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR AGENDA. IN THE END, IF TRUE AMERICANS DONT STANT UP AND PUT AN END TO THIS, GARBAGE LIKE HILARY, BARACK, DIANNE, AND ALL THE OTHERS WILL EVENTUALLY USE THE CONSTITUTION, THE BILL OF RIGHTS, AND THE DECLORATION OF INDEPENDANCE TO WIPE THEIR ASSES, NOT JUST BLOW THEIR NOSE WITH THEM AS THEY DO NOW. STAND UP SHEEPLE, BECAUSE ONE DAY YOU WILL WISH YOU HAD. YOU ARE GOING TO BE VICTIMS OF THE BLUE HELMETS JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. THE SERRIA CLUB, FRIENDS OF MT. DIABLO, AND SAVE THIS OR SAVE THAT ARE ALL TERRORIST GROUPS LIVING AMONGST AMERICANS WITH LIBERAL SUPPORT GROUPS. AMERICA IS UNDER ATTACK AND IT IS AN INSIDE JOB. STOP THE CARNAGE.

What is clear is that Republican conservatives are a successful group of people, and diseased liberals and the inferior groups they mollycoddle are losers. Why? Mitt Romney has it right. Culture. Some cultures are better than others. Some cultures are diseased, some are healthy.

That's why the Enron failure, due to government interference, leaves me feeling no pangs of conscience whatsoever. Those people who lost their savings and retirement packages are simply weaklings who belong to an inferior culture.
