2 arrested on assault charges at a Livermore Taco Bell

Two men were arrested Sunday afternoon following an assault at a Livermore Taco Bell, which led to the arrest of two others who were allegedly
growing marijuana in their apartment, police said.

"During the attack, Green allegedly picked up a chair and struck the victim in the upper torso. As he lifted the chair again to strike the victim a second time, he hit Serrano in the head, causing him to fall to the ground and bleed from his head"
