Trio attacks, shoots 20-year-old in Livermore

An apparently intoxicated 20-year-old was found stumbling along a Livermore street early Saturday morning with a gunshot wound and facial injuries,

Livermore police said.

I worked emergency back in the 80s, and this kind of action was a regular feature of the night shift. It's sad to imagine the family environment that would produce this outcome across generations.
