... the victim was later located and found to have been shot 20 to 25 times with a BB-type gun.
Sgt. Jim Knox of the Pleasanton Police Department said the victim knew the suspects and considered them friends. They reportedly met up with him at a fast food restaurant before taking him to be assaulted.
"The victim stated that this had occurred several times prior to this incident but it was never reported," Knox said.

I don't care if anyone reads this or agrees. I just want to throw some truth out there for p town. How come half the things that happen aren't even in the paper? My point is people write whatever they want and don't think that maybe it's lies. It's never mentioned that the 16 year old girl was trying to help mental disabled man and because of the article in the pleasanton weekly people were getting on her about it. Or he called and appologized after he talked to the cops. No. because everyone just grabs their torch and pitchfork, and joins right in. That's all.

Just because he was arrested doesn't mean that he is not a victim in the shooting incident. So what if he apologized? What did he apologize for? Getting in the way of the BB's?

Please read the comments on the article. If those were written about you and the news didn't know all the case details before they wrote the article. But maybe you would like your mom's address posted online when you don't even live there. So you tell me is that so what?
