Foothill Band Boosters invite everyone to the annual Winter Guard, Percussion and Drum Major Competition being held Saturday, March 24, at Foothill High. The more than 100 performances also will include teams from Dublin, Livermore and San Ramon, and top finishers often dominate the Championships the following weekend.
