New Shopping at El Charro
Around Town, posted by tango, a resident of the Vineyard Avenue neighborhood, on Feb 26, 2012 at 4:06 pm

Has any one taken a good look at the new shopping mall off of El Charro? When did someone decide it should look like a prison camp? All the Gun Towers make me uneasy.

LOL, the infamous Tri-Valley tower architecture!

I think Pleasanton should put a large sign at the city limits saying "This ugly shopping center has been brought to you by LIVERMORE".

Those are REAL gun towers. They plan on having a lower crime rate than Stoneridge. It's also cheaper than all those silly security cars milling about.

Seriously though, wouldn't we all pay a lot less for things if shopping centers were fenced off with guard gates at the exits? Entry and exit gates, with cameras to photograph your license plate.

At least that way you would know your car would still be there when you got done shopping

If tango was such a genius you would have called "new shopping mall off of El Charro", Livemore Outlets. If you have such good ideas why don't you build you're own outlets and design them however you would like. People on these boards are such "tough guys".

My goodness we have had fun with this one. Keep up the god work. See you at the Livermore Outlets.

Why don't you go to the company website and look at the finished rendering's??? (that is an architectual drawing to show the finished work). Then make a comment! S

I am fully aware of how the shopping mall will look when it's done. Its the sudo Mission style which seems to be all over Calif.

I was thinking more pseudo-Tuscan.
