Outstanding use of resources to increase awareness about and access to higher education.

As this program is in its 7th year, it would be nice to know what the 18% figure represents in relation to pre-program enrollment and enrollment in each year of the program.

CSU "Recruiters, counselors, and financial aid representatives, visiting 100 African-American churches in Ca, 22 in Bay Area" ...that is quite a nice personal delivery system.

If only white males WITH GPA, but have an unemployed father, whose home is underwater, could get the attention of a financial aid rep on campus...but that's not good enouigh for white males.

There's a name for that practice of different treatment...it'll come to me in a minute.....

Attempting to make up for past injustices inflicted upon a race of people over the course of centuries?

By punishing TODAY's youth caught in a collapse? ?...How would that fix anything? ? .. only the IQ of a squid would think that makes anything right.

get a grip, easy does it, one step at a time, take it easy, can we all get along?

Absolutely. Only a squid brain would want to promote racial inclusiveness when so many real Americans are hurting. During a time of collapse such as this, it's important that we circle the wagons and protect our own.
