Wal-Mart replacing Nob Hill

As it says in the staff report, Wal-Mart applied for a Zoning Certificate to operate a supermarket as a permitted use at the old Nob Hill location on Santa Rita Rd. within the operating hours and delivery limits set forth in the existing Conditions for Approval for PUD 84-4 (Ordinance 1215).

I would love to print this out, hand it to the city council and tell them I am not leaving until they answer!!
