Amazing how there are more comments about manure being spread then an Officer being attacked. I hope they find these idiots and tune them up before prosecution.

In light of the recent PI/Police scandal in San Ramon, I wonder if this was a random act and simply coincidental that the police officer showed up before anyone else passed by or if the perpetrators were gunning for the cops.

I doubt this has anything to do with a police scandal in a different county that occured a while ago. Probably someone who just dislikes cops or has something against LPD.

You can be assured that this officer will go out on disability and for a lengthy period of time. If he is over 45 he will try to retire on disability.

I bet,

I hope he retires after suing the parents of these little twerps. He earned it so let him retire with full pay and benefits...which would be your tax dollars...don't hate the players..hate the game. You should be so lucky to contribute to a community the way our Heroes do. They protect us and keep us safe and give little people like you have someone to call when your Prius gets broken into.
