Appearing at an arraignment before Judge Hugh Walker Wednesday afternoon at the Pleasanton courthouse, the district attorney said he wanted to be conservative and not allow Germain's release, adding that the victims reported sexual abuse that took place on a daily basis, potentially "hundreds" of times.
