My prayers are with this beautiful girl's family. How difficult to have waited so long. Let justice prevail.
Why is he even appearing in Juvenile Court if they are trying him as an adult?
How disgusting that a convicted sex offender,is even permitted in Juvenile Hall.

Lisa, did you read the article before commenting? He has been appearing in juvenile court because he was a juvenile when he committed the crime. This article is announcing he will be tried as an adult. Prior to them disclosing this, he has been appearing at juvenile hall.

"Lisa, did you read the article before commenting?"
Yes. I ALSO read he is now an adult, being TRIED as an ADULT and is a CONVICTED SEX OFFENDER. Most sex offenders are not permitted near children JUVENILE COURT is where they try CHILDREN. Given these facts, it is CRAZY that a court of law would allow a CONVICTED SEX OFFENDER OF CHILDREN TO BE NEAR CHILDREN.Furthermore, as stated in the article, "Currently, a juvenile can be charged as an adult by the District Attorney's Office without such a hearing." So why subject anyone especially in a place where children might be present to this . GET IT??? Being argumentative tells me a lot about who you are. Like I said before, LET JUSTICE PREVAIL.
