Double fines go into effect today on Vasco Road

Beginning today, Vasco Road will be a double-fine zone along a 19-mile stretch between I-580 in Livermore and Walnut Boulevard in Brentwood.

How about they just widen the road. With all the money they've spent trying to keep cars at 2 mph, they could have just widen and straightened the road for the same cost. Instead they continue to appease drivers that go 2 mph just to make everyone behind them mad. Drivers that drive slow to intentionally "prove a point" and to make others mad need to be jailed.
