They only want to fixate on politically hot-button issues and use the excuse of overcrowding in Pleasanton when it is convenient to do so. 51 BIG MANSIONS IN THE HILLS! OH, MY GOD, PLEASANTON IS RUINED! OVERCROWDING... THE HILLS ARE RUINED... EVERYTHING!!!

Meanwhile, the real issues of overcrowding, traffic, and loading on our schools go on, caused by developments that really DO IMPACT Pleasanton.

Many people are hoping hacienda will look like Dublin, high density three and four-story buildings. They want to close some streets and narrow others to increase the available land to cover.

Our schools especially high schools are overcrowded to the point that every new house approved puts additional burden on our schools. The district still wants the development fees but they do not use it to relieve the overcrowding.

Low income senior housing does not produce kids or much traffic, anything else should be stopped.

Is that better Frank and Stacey :-) ?

Hacienda is a corporate business park. That means to encourage economic vitality that enhances an alumni mentality to secure a sustainable future. That is why this process would best be presented within an open public forum. Wait for the PW's update on meeting, should be interesting. I am looking ahead to that.

Some of the hills in the area are really ugly. Who would want to pay $$$$$$ for a house with a view of a giant hole in the ground at a rock quarry??
