This is simply disgusting. While it may be legal, it is absolutely ethically wrong.

How can this be happening? It is stuff like this that continues to undermine the credibility of our government and all those other decent, hard working, ethical public employees out there.

And it is our patriotic duty to pay more taxes to support BS like this? No way.
