Golf tourney to benefit REACH and housing for special needs adults

When Carolyn Zalewski's husband Andy was transferred here from Houston in 2006, they chose Pleasanton as their new home because of the district's programs for special needs kids. They were even more gratified to discover REACH, a group that runs nine homes for adult developmentally disabled.

This is a great grassroots organization that Pleasanton can feel good about.

It's good to know there are some people providing housing for this segment of the population that need it. I will look around my house for something to donate!
