(Pleasanton Weekly, Please do not restrict the responses to this)
Earlier today, I posted this COMPLETELY ACCURATE item below...
Do you realize that Obama's Jobs Bill allows and encourages unemployed candidates for jobs to sue prospective employers if these candidates are not hired...based on their claim that they were not hired BECAUSE of their unemployed status!
Think about it. This would create a huge disincentive for any employer to even interview an unemployed person for fear that this person would sue.
The level of deliberate job destruction by Obama and the Democrat party in this country is simply breathtaking.

Then "Sam" responded...
"Yeah, that is outrageous, Amy. So outrageous that I seriously doubt that you're giving us accurate information. More likely, you parroting some nonsensical rant made up of twisted facts that you read on some blogger's website."
Sam...
Thank you for agreeing that this is outrageous. But no, I actually am providing accurate info. To further substantiate it, I am copying the relevant section of this Act below and then will provide you with a link to the entire text of the Act so that you can verify for yourself.
Here is the relevant section of the Act...(Note (2) below.)
