Local veterans groups pay tribute to those wounded in Iraq, Afghanistan

Wounded military veterans are spending the weekend at the Robert Rao ranch near Livermore as part of the 3rd Annual Purple Hearts Tour that started Thursday in Pleasanton.

I want to applaud the organizers of this great event for giving Americans who were shot or otherwise wounded in the line of duty the chance to go out and shoot or otherwise wound other living creatures.
