Let's see. Founding Fathers' owning slaves vs. Weiner's explicit photos. Yep, Founding Fathers would have every right to be disgusted. Let's all strive to be like the Founding Fathers.

Re. Larry Craig's picking up johns in public restrooms, I couldn't care less. What mattered was the hypocrisy of the guy who crusaded against gays with hate-filled rants for years until he was exposed as the creep he is.

Weiner proved to be a narcissistic sicko, though he never hurt anybody with his fetish. Craig proved to be a homosexual who hurt lots of people along the way in his efforts to cater to the hate-filled Republican electorate that gets all lathered up against the gay population. Let's not put them on the same comparative plane, okay?

What's more disgusting? Anthony Wiener sending photos of himself on the Internet or the always well-coifed and debonaire George Washington owning slaves? Hmmmmmm.... This one is difficult, but I vote for Georgie Boy. I gotta think too that that's one of the reasons why the tea party fetishists always refer to the Founding Fathers; it's their way of gaining vicarious pleasure at the thought of owning people, like Leland does.

Then and now is like day and night, the day providing the light to lead the way for our nation, and the night being the current state of affairs for our nation in which we stumble blindly down the path of our imminent doom.

The acorn is immanently present in the oak tree, and a title wave of vast porportion is descenting upon us. Squirrels are not possums. Slavery wasn't so bad as all that compared with Barney Frank and Anthony Wiener.
