unclehomerr, there are two sets of townhouses/condos across the street from the mall. They start at Stoneridge and Springdale. There's a very nice greenbelt area there, full of lovely trees and a creek with an attractive bridge going over it. You should check it out sometime.
I can see you didn't like my comment, but, no, I'm not fabricating a community in Pleasanton, that has been there at least since the early 80s, in an effort to 'be tryin' to start somethin.'

I'm familiar with the area since it's not too far from where I live, Yes, there are townhouses across the street just south of the mall. Unclehomer is wrong (yet again).

If you'd said near the mall.. or a couple of blocks from the mall.. I'd have had nothing to say. When you're so loose with your words to say "across from the mall", you need correcting!
unclehomerr..
ps. Stoneridge/Springdale have condo's on the SW and SE corners.. Apartments behind the fire station.. but, nothing "across from the mall"!
pps. Commenting about how fortunate you were to 'move' from the mall area.. then, suggesting I should check out the lovely greenbelt, trees, creek, and bridge seems disingenuous at best and 'trying to start somethin' at worst. You stretch the truth and then flip/flop like Obama!
