Hope Hospice offers on-going grief support services for adults, teens and children including a transitions support group; tragic loss support group; individualized grief support; caregiver support; on-site support for schools; youth organizations and the workplace; community support services; and a resource library. Love Hope Hospice. What a great group of people helping to bring dignity and comfort to those at the end of life. I joined in the fundraiser in Sunol this last weekend and I pray that it was very successful.
