What's up with City Employee Contract?

Now that Fialho's attempt to grandstand and get hired by San Ramon has failed, does anyone know the status of the city employee contract?

I hope that Fialho and the city council do not try to sneak another "no change" contract by us while we are not looking.

They are hoping we are all asleep. I have been sending them clips from various papers showing how even Massachusetts has removed collective bargaining for health benefits. They are concerned that personnel costs are 75% of the Budget. We are at 80% and the Mayor and the rest of the Council and management are fiddling a la Nero.:)It is ridiculous.
