PUSD employees get a paid Birthday Holiday?
Original post made by Nomad on Nov 9, 2010
I can see the anti-parcel tax flyer, with a picture of PUSD employees celebrating with a birthday cake and adult beverages, while the adjoining picture shows middle school students standing outside the darkened library with a 'CLOSED' sign.
Since the CSEA contract is currently in preliminary negotiation stage (the contract expires 06/2011) the school board has a great opportunity to continue to show good fiscal practices. If not, another parcel tax measure will be doomed at the start.
Special holiday memories about family and traditions; do you have one to share?
