Over a number of years, we've always experienced great service at Autotron Service over on Washington St. for our various cars. Ryan, the owner, is easy to work with and has always been honest, in our books. On the rare occasion that something wasn't quite satisfactory the first time, he's also been quite willing to follow up and make adjustments for no additional cost.

If you have a Honda, Acura, Toyota, or Lexus, I would recommend Precision Auto. I have been taking my Honda there for 10 years. Great, honest service and cheaper than the Honda dealer.

Precision Auto is an exceptional shop. We've taken our Hondas and Toyotas there for many, many years. They are honest and do great work. They only work on Hondas and Toyotas.

I have used Precision Auto for many years for my Honda and Toyota (they also do Acura and Lexus). They are very honest, good quality, and reasonable prices. When I went to see them with a concern about my breaks, instead of selling me expensive new pads, etc., they said my pads just needed smoothing, and then they were fine. If you call in advance with a minor issue, they do work while you wait (e.g. quickly fix a burned light bulb in 15 minutes). They are a local small company, support the animal shelter, have a friendly resident dog, computers in the waiting room, and are recommended without reservation.

Scotts Automotive on California...he is a very nice young man is so reliable.
I have been dealing with Scott since he worked in the shop at Steves Exxon (now Valero) on Hopyard. He and the other young man Rob, were just the best.

I'm looking for a competant mech to give me the accurate "" diagnosis " first, for a loaded '03, Cadi STS with 60k miles. A screech under hood I've never heard on any car before. I don't want somebody who 'fixes' it right.....after 'trying out' 4 other expensive replacements first.

I have been going to Beratlis Automotive for over 10 years. Chris is always extremely honest and does an excellent job. It's hard to find a good mechanic you can trust, but I recommend Beratlis.
