But of course - the city needs to raise revenue to cover the ever-growing retirement benefits they provide for their employees.

When the system allows the polie chief to retire at 55 from his desk job with a $4.5-5 MILLION NPV retirement package, the money has to come from somewhere.

Expect more of these fee/tax increases across the board ...
