Did anyone see the car accident on Wed. afternoon on the corner of Vineyard and Bernal? A car hit the traffic light pole and it was laying in the street. The car was inside the triangle medan strip. Did anyone see the accident? Was anyone hurt?

I saw it as the police were writing up the report. It looked like a one car accident as I didn't see any other cars around. It was a sedan and I also couldn't believe the light was flattened that way! The car had the bumper hanging off and seemed to only be slightly smashed in the front considering what it took out. The car was just a couple of feet or so over the bottom of the pole where it was bent. It looked like a straight on hit.
There were people standing the on corner and it didn't look like anyone was hurt. You don't realize how big those signals are until you see one (or two) laying on the ground!
