BREAKING NEWS!! Harmer can't vote in District 11

Harmer is a 100% true Carpetbagger. He does not live in our district 11 and can't even vote in our district. Harmer should not be given any serious consideration as our Rep but I guess he is the best the GOPer have to offer. Why would anyone vote for someone that can't even vote for himself? We have a fantastic Congressman in Jerry McNerney who lives and works in the district and has worked hard for us all.
