Road Warriors 2010 hosts "Wrap Up" Run, Walk, Hike or Bike
Around Town, posted by Candyce Roberts, a resident of the Downtown neighborhood, on Oct 8, 2010 at 10:10 am

From Memorial Day to Veterans Day, the goal of Road Warriors 2010 has been to support our nations wounded warriors and their families and have fun outdoors at the same time. With a month of road time remaining, Road Warriors 2010 invites participants and their families to join in our "final, fun wrap up run-walk-hike or bike" at Sycamore Grove Park in Livermore on Saturday November 6th. We'll start at the Wetmore Road end of the park between 9:30 and 10:00 am, then take off to explore the park at our own pace to log those final miles in support of Wounded Warrior Project and Freedom Alliance Scholarship Fund. $5.00 parking fee at Sycamore Grove Park or free parking at Independence Park. Details and directions at www.RoadWarriors2010.blogspot.com or call Candyce at 925-600-0664.
