Prop. 8 trial judge to leave post Dec. 31 to retire

Chief U.S. District Judge Vaughn Walker of San Francisco, who struck down California's Proposition 8, announced Wednesday he will retire from the court in February. Walker also said he will step down as chief judge on Dec. 31.

Just about a year too late. Now he can focus on chasing his young, male interns around the office in his private practice instead of spending time overturning the people's votes.

Steve are you jealous that he would be "chasing his young, male interns around the office" and not you?

Your comment is pathetic and just exemplifies why people are so homophobic. You shouldn't pass judgment on people you don't personally know. Then again, you most likely were a supporter of Prop 8 and think you have a right to judge others lives based on your own beliefs. Can we say, small minded much?
