Neighbors geting new roof
Around Town, posted by Voodoo, a member of the Foothill High School community, on Sep 17, 2010 at 3:13 pm

There must be a government program for roof replacement. These people don't spend their own money unless it is subsidized by their neighbors.

No. Just can't stand people who are perfectly capable of taking care of themselves, taking handouts from the government. I resent them for stealing from their fellow citizens to pay for the poor choices they have made in their lives.

Come to think of it, I should get my windows done to take advantage of the tax credit and government subsidy. Sweet!

That's the problem. Our taxes are higher to pay for selfish, greedy people that are perfectly capably of taking care of themselves. You are the problem.

How sad that you people are so judgemental do you actually think these people are happy to be in the predicament they are in???Gov help with home repair becomes lien on the house and is paid back when the house sells----Hope you never find yourself in a bad situation---

What is sad is, they own stocks, have savings, are educated, qualified, and have people calling them to work for them and they turn it down. And if that's not enough, they complain about how hard the government made it for them to get there cash for clunkers. I mean really, transfer some money from your savings or sell some stocks. They are not poor and it is people like them that take advantage of 'The System" take advantage of the people that really need it and take advantage of their hard working fellow citizens.
