I have been told that there are black Xs showing up all over town, on sidewalks in the residential areas. Does this seem like a prank or is something else going on?

I do alot of around town work and driving and I have not seen what you are talking about. Have you called the PPD to see if they know what it's about? Do you know of any locations that are marked?

We have one on the sidewalk in front of our house. It is about 3 or 4 inches tall. I've been wondering what it is.
