Ryan, He's already banned from driving; no license. It did a lot of good. It's hard to figure out what to do with "people" like this. Execution seems extreme. Life in prison is expensive. Nothing else seems effective. What the world needs is a device that can be implanted near the heart, then explodes when the blood alcohol level reaches 0.02%. Bingo.

If this guy is released on bail I fear we've lost our collective mind.

The fact that this is not the first time that this young man has been involved in an alcohol related incident shows that he needs help. I just hope that his parents can convince him to get the help that he needs. Maybe this will be the wake up call that both he and his family need.

I was driving through Danville yesterday and saw the damaged bicycle on the side of the road and police investigators on the scene. It was a child's bicycle and I was wondering how this happened. I'm glad to read that the child isn't seriously injured and that this dangerous driver has been arrested. I just hope that they keep the driver in jail and administer a suitable punishment.
