San Ramon Target closed briefly while police search for juvenile jail escapees

San Ramon's Target Greatland store was closed for awhile yesterday while police from that city searched inside for teens wanted in connection with a carjacking yesterday in Tracy.

Thank God for the Open Carry Law... Thieves and criminals take notice... you WILL be shot if caught in the commission of a crime.... it's time for citizens to put a stop to crime NOW!!
