Paris of vested people with clipboards at intersections Around Town, posted by Citizen, a resident of the Valencia neighborhood, on Apr 14, 2010 at 4:28 pm
I have seen pairs of people with clipboards sitting at significant intersections around town. Anybody know who they are and what their task is? Are they traffic monitors? I sure hope that they are there to count & record all the people running red lights. Yesterday I was at Stoneridge & Hopyard and I counted 5 cars continuing to turn left after the signal turned red. The only place I have seen such disobedience and uncare for traffic signals is driving in China. The traffic in this town is behaving more & more like a 3rd world country.

They are a delegation of French foreign exchange bureucrats making sure America is ready for the One World Government and Socialist Agenda. And taking notes to hand over to Obama.
What I do when I see them is I cover as much of my windshield as I can with one of those reflective shades so they're not able to read my patriotic thoughts.
Come to the Tea Party tomorrow! Unfortunatly, Orly Taitz won't be there, but we'll try to make up for it!

They are doing traffic counts. It helps the City prepare its City-wide traffic baseline report as far as the volume of cars traveling through intersetions. They can then analyze signal timing needed, road or turning lane lengthening, etc.
